Sueno del Mar is a beautifully designed 2 storey Villa with 4 Bedrooms and is ideal for family holidays, set in the middle of the exclusive residential urbanisation called La Alqueria near Mijas Village on the Costa del Sol. Built in the traditional Andalucian style with a traditional central tower, it is set in a lovely secluded garden which surrounds the property giving wonderful panoramic views in all directions.

The Layout of the 2-storey accommodation is as follows:

Ground Floor:
Up a few stairs takes you to the entrance of the Villa with its superb hall leading on one side to a split-level Lounge/Dining room with a log-burning fireplace, and on the other side cosy sofas.

The modern fitted Kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob etc. and leads directly onto a lovely covered terrace with a rustic wooden table for all those al-fresco meals.

This terrace leads into the garden and the private Swimming Pool area. From the entrance hall, a second hallway leads onto 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite shower room and the other 2 Bedrooms share a full bathroom, all rooms are twin bedded.

Upper Floor:
Leading from the main entrance hall, a round staircase takes you to the large Master Bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Lovely French windows open onto a very private terrace with extraordinary views to the sea.

The Grounds:
One of the attractive features of this house is the covered terrace with its magnificent views towards Morocco and a barbeque on the side. There is a slide in the garden for children. The utility room is in a separate outhouse and has a washing machine with its own hang up space. Linen and towels are provided and the rental charge includes electricity, gas and water. The swimming pool is professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. A car is essential due to the location of the Villa

The property, which has Optional Air Conditioning in the 2 en-suite Bedrooms also benefits from having Satellite TV with Video, DVD and CD player. Maid service is available during the week if required.

With the beach resorts of Fuengirola, La Cala & Marbella all within close proximity, and over 40 of the best Golf Courses on the Costa del Sol within a 30-minute drive, the village of Mijas offers the perfect base for your holiday in Spain.
